PLANNING HOMEPAGE:

Once you login, you are taken to your event planning homepage. On the left column an overview of your event is shown. From the links on the right you can access event planning details such as song requests, your event timeline, etc. Also these links will allow you to print all event documents as well as allow you to make online payments with a credit or debit card.

PLANNER / TIMELINE:

The largest section of the online event planner is the event worksheet section. On this page all the important details for you event are presented to you. For wedding receptions this page will ask such things as event timeline information, your bridal party names, your first dance song choice, plus much more. Also on this page you can see all the available options from our company and can request more information on these services.

REQUESTS & DEDICATIONS:

The music planning section allows you to tell us the songs you want to hear at your event. The interactive database allows you to search for songs instantly as well as show special song categories such as: “Songs from the 1990’s” or “First Dance Songs”. Once you select a song, you can also add a dedication or special note about the song. Don’t worry about those special songs that may not be in the database, because you can still add them to your requests list with a special button.
